Job Description
As a Human Resource Specialist you will be required but not limited to the following:
Recruit, screen, and interview job applicants and place newly hired workers in jobs.
Understanding of payroll, compensation and benefits.
Training and development of employees in various areas
Maintain company culture and employee relations.
Disciplinary needs
Understanding of Labor Laws
Must have the following requirements:
HR experience and/or degree
