Job Description :
Southern Point is now seeking a qualified Office Manager for a local tire business. Must have experience with Quickbooks, accounts receivable/payable, as well as general office duties. Excellent work history and references will be required for this position. Tentative hours will be M-F 8am - 5pm, Saturday 8am - noon.
Required Qualifications :
- Answer phones, screen and direct calls.
- Proficient in Quickbooks accounting software.
- Accounts receivable/payable, deposits and register closeouts at regular intervals.
- Manage receipt book on checking and charge accounts for the business.
