Southern Point Staffing has an amazing career opportunity as a Collection Specialist in the Albany Ga Area.
Starting Pay is $10.00 per hour, however, for the right candidate it is a temp-to-hire opportunity that will be a salary plus commission position that has historically averaged $40,000- $60,000 annually.
Job Duties:
Team member will spend 80+% of the hours worked making calls/and taking calls to collect debt owed. Experience with collections is preferred but not required. Will manage calls, maintain documentation, develop and present payment plans, taking payment information. Medical billing knowledge or experience is a plus.
The ideal candidate will:
* have an amazing phone etiquette and very strong customer service skills
* be able to speak with and maintain professionalism with all clients including those that are upset or hostile
* be comfortable using a computer and documenting calls, payment information, etc.
* be willing to call clients in the attempt to collect a debt for most of the shift
* be reliable and maintain great attendance
