Southern Point Staffing is now hiring Composite Panel Production Operators for a manufacturing company located in Albany, GA. This is a great opportunity for someone who is fluent in Spanish and has a strong work ethic. You will be working with industrial materials such as paper honeycomb, fiberglass, and polyurethane in a hands-on, team-based environment.
Position Overview:

Full-time, long-term opportunity
Indoor warehouse environment
Pay based on experience
Immediate openings available

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery to assemble composite panels using paper honeycomb, fiberglass, and polyurethane materials
Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to production specifications
Apply resin mixtures (polyol and isocyanate) during panel production
Follow established procedures for thermoforming and composite bonding
Inspect finished panels for quality and consistency
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in Spanish
Follow all company safety policies and quality standards

Qualifications:

Spanish fluency required (bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred)
Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred (training available)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks
Must be detail-oriented and able to follow technical instructions
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
Must provide verifiable work history and professional references

Schedule and Compensation:
Pay: Based on experience
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
