Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a dependable Custodial Worker to maintain cleanliness within a cold storage warehouse facility. This position focuses on cleaning offices, breakrooms, and restrooms—no production floor cleaning required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a cooler environment. Able to travel between multiple warehouse locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize offices, breakrooms, and restrooms on a daily schedule
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with company policies
Follow all safety guidelines and use cleaning chemicals properly
Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management

Qualifications:

Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–40 lbs
Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks
Comfortable working in a cold warehouse environment

Work Environment:

Cold storage warehouse setting
Cleaning limited to offices, breakrooms, and restrooms only
PPE may be required (gloves, appropriate clothing for cooler temperatures)
