Southern Point Staffing is seeking a motivated Front Desk Marketing Intern for a reputable real estate agency in the Albany, GA area.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Greet clients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate Realtors or staff members.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for Realtors.
Support marketing initiatives, including social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a marketing, business, or related program.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media platforms.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and a professional appearance.
Schedule and Compensation:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 - 5:00.
This is a paid internship position with opportunities for growth within the company.
SPS offers Supplmental health insurance.
Starting Pay range is $12/hr - $15/hr
