Southern Point Staffing has a career opportunity for a Maintenance Technician!
Responsibilities and Duties:
Work in close collaboration with the respective Department Directors and Managers.
Teaches any non-certified agency required trainings.
Receives and maintains current instructor certifications.
Maintain multiple campuses
work well with others on the team for maintenance goals
Represent yourself and company well
Promotes and protects individuals' rights, especially the right to freely make and express preferences in choices regarding their daily living and care, if such rights/choices are not detrimental to individuals' wellbeing.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
Requires a High School diploma or GED
Minimum of 3 years experience working in the capacity of maintenace repairs
Must have a vaild Driver's License (any state)
General knowledge over HVAC, Electrical, plumbing and carpentry, Residential maintenence
Preferred at least 1-year experience working with adults and/or children with developmental disabilities or mental health issues.
Schedule and Compensation:
$14/hr sarting pay and an increase after being hired on.
Suplmental Medical insurance with net zero cost, benfits increase once hired on
Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.
