We are looking for an experienced office manager to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office management tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Top duties include general accounting, payroll and filing.

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and submit to background check
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must provide proof of current Intuit QuickBooks certification as a "Certified Bookkeeping Professional"

  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • General Accounting/Bookkeeping duties
  • Payroll processing
  • Maintain vendor and employee files
  • Maintain and file requisite documents for taxation compliance
  • Record daily financial transactions, update the general ledger and prepare trial balances for review by CPAs
  • Monitor cash flow and produce financial reports to assist the owner and store managers in making operational decisions
  • Generating invoices
  • If needed, create and update records to ensure accuracy and validity of information
  • Keep an inventory of office supplies and order new materials as needed.
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, store managers and co-workers
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Owner

  • Proven experience as a business manager or another relevant administrative role
  • 2+ years of proficient use of QuickBooks accounting software
  • Must have above average keyboarding/typing skills
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and skilled in the use of all MS Office applications
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
