Southern Point Staffing has a career opportunity for a Residential Cleaning Specialist in Albany, GA!
As a Residential Cleaning Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team delivering exceptional cleaning services while providing WOW-level customer service. You'll work in residential settings to uphold the company's commitment to creating Happy, Safe, and Healthy homes and work environments. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping others, are detail-oriented, and take pride in a job well done. Responsibilities and Duties:
Deliver high-quality residential cleaning services while consistently exceeding customer expectations.
Work alongside a cleaning partner to complete daily cleaning assignments efficiently and thoroughly.
Communicate positively and professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.
Follow detailed cleaning checklists and safety protocols.
Safely lift and transport equipment or supplies up to 50 lbs.
Maintain punctuality and reliability in daily attendance and scheduling.
Uphold company values and client confidentiality in every home served.
Qualifications and Experience:
A cheerful, team-focused attitude with a passion for customer service.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for the past 7 years.
No DUIs or reckless driving history.
Prior experience in cleaning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication, time management, and reliability are essential.
Schedule and Compensation:
Pay: Starting at $13–$15 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Part-Time, 15–25 hours per week
Hours: Monday – Friday, between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
