Job Description

Southern Point Staffing is seeking a Tractor Operator for one of our local farms.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Will be loading 50lb bags of seed.
Will occasionally move pickup truck with 8 to 12 ft open wood trailer.
Must be able to maintain a great attitude in hot weather conditions.
Assist with needs of daily loader operations.
Driving a tractor with a large mower behind it, in between pecan groves
Assist in the planting season / harvesting season

Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent attendance and punctuality are required.
Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
Willingness to learn and be apart of an amazing team.
Must display self-discipline and motivation.
Must have reliable transportation.
Some previous experience on a farm
Able to operate a tractor

Pay and Schedule:

$15 /hour. Paid every week
7:00 – 5:00 Monday – Friday.
